1. Use of the service

You may use Kilo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use Kilo. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Kilo currently offers a subscription plan at $20 per month, following a free first lesson. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, in which case you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We may change pricing or plans in the future, and will notify you in advance where required.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Kilo, including by attempting to reverse engineer the service, interfering with its operation, using it to generate harmful or unlawful content, or violating the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

Kilo, including its content, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial learning purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

Kilo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kilo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of Kilo after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
